These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of tickets and attendance at the Grand Prix Ball event ("Event") organised by GP Management Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices are as stated at the time of purchase and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly set out in these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or who fails to comply with our dress code (Black Tie / Evening Gown).
In the event that the Grand Prix Ball is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to government restrictions, force majeure events, or venue unavailability), we will endeavour to reschedule the Event. In the event of cancellation without rescheduling, we will offer a credit or refund at our discretion. We shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by ticket holders in connection with the Event.
All attendees must comply with the venue's rules and regulations. We reserve the right to remove any person from the Event without refund if their behaviour is deemed to be disruptive, offensive, or dangerous. The Event is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Valid photographic ID may be required on entry.
Professional photography and video recording will take place at the Event. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed and for such images or footage to be used by GP Management Ltd for promotional and marketing purposes. If you have any objections, please notify us in writing prior to the Event.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GP Management Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense suffered by attendees in connection with the Event, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We recommend that attendees obtain appropriate personal insurance.
