Red Bull Principal Christian Horner to co-host Grand Prix Ball 2017.

By 12 June, 2017News:

One of the main events of The Grand Prix Ball is the well acclaimed stars hosting the ball. Co-hosting with David Coulthard, we have Christian Horner, the Team Principal of Red Bull Racing.

Christian Horner (married to Geri Halliwell), a giant in the world of racing, is the Team Principal of the Red Bull Racing Formula One team, a position he has held since 2005. Horner’s career in car racing started after he won a Formula Renault scholarship in 1991. He competed in the 1992 British Formula Renault Championship with Manor Motorsport, finishing that season as a race winner and the highest placed rookie. Horner moved up to Formula 3000 in 1997, founding the Arden team, but then retired from driving at the end of the season to focus on developing the Arden team.

After many successful years with the Arden team, Horner moved to Red Bull Racing. In January 2005, Horner was appointed to head the team, becoming the youngest Team Principal at the time. Horner was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire in the 2013 Birthday Honours for services to motorsport.

With both, Christian Horner and David Coulthard hosting The Grand Prix Ball, it will be one of the events of the year. Contact gpball@gp-management.com.
